Who We Are

9koi — More Than Just a Betting Platform

9koi started with a simple goal: to give Malaysian players a safe, fair and enjoyable online betting experience without having to worry about platform reliability. We know many have been let down by other platforms — slow withdrawals, non-competitive odds, or unhelpful customer support. We built 9koi as the answer to all those problems.

Since launching in 2019, 9koi has grown from a small platform into one of the most recognised names in Malaysia's online betting industry. We serve over two million registered members and process hundreds of thousands of transactions every day — all on a system that is stable, fast and reliable.

What sets 9koi apart from the many other platforms on the market is our approach that genuinely understands the needs of local users. We prioritise Bahasa Melayu across every aspect of the platform — from the user interface and customer support to promotional content. Players don't have to struggle with foreign languages or confusing technical jargon. Everything is designed to be simple, clear and Malaysian-user friendly.

In terms of sports coverage, 9koi offers more than 30 sports categories including football, badminton, tennis, basketball, golf, boxing, MMA and esports. Local leagues such as the Malaysia Super League, Premier League and MPL Malaysia are also included — something rarely found on international platforms that are more focused on European markets. For us, Malaysian sports are a priority, not an afterthought.

Beyond sports betting, 9koi also offers live casino games, slots, bingo and a variety of other games powered by world-class software providers. Every game has undergone rigorous fairness testing by independent auditing bodies to ensure a level playing field for all players.

We believe that trust must be built not just with words, but with consistent action day after day. That is why 9koi prioritises transparency across all aspects of its operations — from publishing clear odds and easy-to-understand bonus terms, to a withdrawal policy that contains no hidden conditions that would surprise players when it comes time to cash out.

256-bit SSL Encryption protecting all personal data and financial transactions of 9koi members at all times.
