01 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 9koi services, you must meet the following requirements without exception. 9koi reserves the right to reject or cancel the registration of any individual found not to meet these eligibility criteria at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the date of registration. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account active account only. Multiple accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information — including your full name, MyKad or passport number, date of birth, and phone number.
• A 9koi account is for personal use only. Using an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that online betting activity is permitted in your location.

02 Deposits & Payment Methods

9koi supports a range of safe and convenient deposit methods for Malaysian members. All deposits are processed through 256-bit SSL encryption and no additional processing fees are charged by the platform.

• All deposits must originate from an account or wallet registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 9koi reserves the right to request proof of payment if there are any concerns regarding the source of funds.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed. Please verify the amount before confirming your transaction.

03 Withdrawal of Wins

9koi is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays. This is one of the core guarantees we provide to all members.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• The withdrawal account must be in the same name as the registered 9koi account.
• Members must have completed full KYC verification before their first withdrawal request can be processed.
• If there is an active bonus on the account, the bonus wagering requirement (rollover) must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted.
• 9koi reserves the right to delay withdrawals by up to 5 business days for security review or compliance purposes — the member concerned will be contacted directly.
• 9koi charges no fees for withdrawals. Any charges imposed by banks or wallet providers are the responsibility of those respective parties.

04 Bonus & Promotion Offers

9koi offers a variety of bonuses to new and existing members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to rollover requirements and specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all bonus types:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once only per account, per device, and per IP address.
• Standard rollover is 5x to 10x of the bonus value, depending on the promotion type. Specific rollover requirements are stated in each offer.
• Parlay bets and one-sided betting do not count towards fulfilling bonus rollover requirements.
• 9koi reserves the right to forfeit any bonus obtained through illegitimate means, including the use of multiple accounts or system manipulation.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value unless rollover requirements have been met.
• All promotions are subject to specified time limits. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 9koi platform are subject to the established sports and game rules. Results declared by the official organiser are final and binding for bet settlement purposes.

• Bets may only be cancelled before a match begins. Once a match has started, bets are final unless the match is postponed or cancelled.
• If a match is postponed by more than 48 hours from the original schedule, all bets will be returned to the member's account.
• 9koi reserves the right to reject, void, or restrict any bet suspected of involving fraud, match fixing, or odds manipulation.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by sport, league, and market. Current limits are displayed in real time within the betting interface.
• Live betting is subject to stricter specific limits and may change according to current match conditions.
• Any technical error affecting odds or outcomes will be investigated. 9koi reserves the right to void bets impacted by a clear technical fault.

06 Account Security & Privacy

Your account security is a shared responsibility. 9koi provides enterprise-grade security infrastructure, but you must also play an active role in protecting your login credentials.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential.
• Never share your account credentials with anyone, including individuals claiming to be 9koi representatives — our support team will never ask for your password.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security — this feature is available in your account settings.
• Report to our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• 9koi is not liable for any losses arising from a member's negligence in safeguarding their own login credentials.

07 Prohibited Conduct

To keep the 9koi platform fair and safe for all members, certain conduct is strictly prohibited. Violation of any of the following rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure without any compensation:

• Identity fraud — using another individual's name, documents, or information to register or verify an account.
• Use of bots or automated software — using any scripts, bots, or third-party tools to automate betting or account activity.
• Bonus exploitation — registering multiple accounts or using unauthorised methods to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Fund transfers between accounts — using a third-party account to transfer funds in order to circumvent rollover requirements.
• Arbitrage betting (arb betting) — systematically exploiting odds differences to guarantee profit without meaningful risk.
• Attempting to hack or interfere with the system — any attempt to gain unauthorised access to 9koi systems, including DDoS attacks or SQL injection.
• Money laundering — using the 9koi platform as a channel for money laundering or financing illegal activities.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

9koi reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, or upon request by the relevant authorities.

• Members may request to close their own account at any time through 9koi's customer support channels.
• Any valid account balance will be returned to the member within 5 business days following a self-requested account closure, subject to compliance review.
• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, 9koi reserves the right to withhold any account balance associated with the violating activity.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM 10 until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

09 Responsible Gaming

9koi takes social responsibility seriously. We believe gambling should remain a form of entertainment and must not become a source of financial hardship or stress for any individual.

• All members may set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit directly through their account settings.
• Feature self-exclusion allows members to suspend account access for a chosen period — from 24 hours to lifetime.
• 9koi actively monitors abnormal betting patterns and will reach out to members showing signs of problem gambling.
• This platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is enforced during registration and throughout the KYC process.

10 Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 9koi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable betting outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond 9koi's control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party cyberattacks.
• Errors caused by inaccurate information provided by the member during registration or verification.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the member's negligence in securing their password.

The maximum total liability of 9koi to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Terms Amendment

9koi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page.

• The "Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent amendment.
• It is the member's responsibility to review this page regularly to ensure they are always aware of the latest terms.
• Continued use of the 9koi platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of that amendment.
• For material amendments that significantly affect member rights, 9koi will endeavour to provide notice via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.

12 Legal & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with the 9koi platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

• If negotiations fail to reach a resolution within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to mutually agreed arbitration.
• The Bahasa Melayu version of these Terms and Conditions is the official version. In the event of any discrepancy with translations in other languages, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
